In this course, you will receive your own Personal Resilience Profile, based on 30 years of resilience science, and you will learn how to use it to activate 7 epic spiritual and emotional strengths inside of you to navigate change and handle whatever comes in life. These skills will become part of you for the rest of your life, like friends you can take into any challenge and come out victorious.

Session 4: Positive: Yourself
Learn the second key resilience energy and leave the session with practical actions at the mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
Session 5: Focused
Learn the third key resilience energy and leave the session with practical actions at the mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
Session 6: Flexible: Thoughts
Learn the fourth key resilience energy and leave the session with practical actions at the mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
