Mindfulness, the centuries-old practice of bringing focused awareness, presence and reflection offers a powerful set of tools and techniques to help us navigate these turbulent times, and to maintain balance and composure in all the moments of our lives.
Throughout the program, we will introduce easily implementable tools and techniques for building your Mindfulness capability and explore how to apply them in a variety of contexts.

She is a master of re-invention and brings a wealth of diverse knowledge and experience in coaching, leadership, mindfulness, creative studies, anti-racism and social justice, neuroscience, entrepreneurship and the arts. Fascinated with paradox, Gina brings that into her work, exploring with her clients the full range of who they are; their joy, their pain, their light and their shadow.
