Designed for those who wish to become impactful, credentialed coach. Whether you are an established coach, an HR professional, internal corporate and organizational coach or new to coaching, our Foundation program is for you. The program begins with foundational skills and quickly builds to evolve your competencies and mindset into a transformational space.

ESPRESSO COACH

A potent experience that wakes you up to the power of coaching
You will gain the basic skills and competencies that are foundational to performance coaching in the workplace. You will learn how to use coaching as a way of communicating on a daily basis as well as how to structure and conduct a successful coaching conversation. You will also be aware of the important role self-awareness and mindset play on the part of the coach.
