About this program

Working Well is a series of short and cost-effective coach facilitated modules that focus on the most current and talked about challenges of today’s work environment. The modules complement each other but are also standalone and can be taken independently.

Working Well features proven strategies for getting results in any circumstances and growing as a result of each experience.

Each module features a 90-minute virtual session that delivers the knowledge and key insights, followed by a self-assessment and a 60-minute personal group coaching session to establish goals and implementation strategies.

The focus and learning outcomes of each module are quite different and they also achieve the same overarching purpose of improved focus, increased self-awareness, personal power and more productive relationships.

Module 1:
Working Well from Home

  • Know when you’re ‘at work’ and when you’re ‘at home’
  • Stay sharp, focused and spend your time wisely 
  • Be self-motivated and stick to your strategy
  • Feel confident and competent working in a virtual world
  • Create a working environment that works for you

Module 2:
Working Well in a Remote Team

  • Be comfortable and effective working remotely in your role as part of a team
  • Establish effective daily practices that support you and your team
  • Communicate and collaborate well with others remotely
  • Be confident and competent conducting performance dialogues remotely
  • Inspire yourself and others to stay motivated and focused on common goals

Module 3:
Working Well with Uncertainty

  • Be mindful and present
  • Embrace ambiguity and change
  • Understand that perspective changes everything
  • Be wholehearted; compassionate with yourself and others
  • Know how to allow what wants to happen

Module 4:
Working Well with Stress

  • Know what really winds you up and how to wind down
  • Learn how to create what you want and stop creating what you don't want 
  • Be better at responding (instead of reacting) to every situation
  • Learn to prioritise and put things in perspective
  • Make wise decisions under pressure

Four virtual modules, each consisting of 1 x 90 minutes workshop and 1 x 60 minutes personal group coaching session
