Every leader shares a common challenge: the necessity to be able to communicate their vision and strategy with clarity and impact, as well as be influential in motivating management teams, peers, business clients and customers. This program will facilitate and develop the ability of participants to create a bigger impact with their communication, and deliver their message on target.
Through case studies and experiential activities, participants will work with the elements of persuasion, drawing on their management strengths and identifying their natural persuasive style. Participants will take away new and unique ways to deliver their message with impact, and inspiration to continue their development as persuasive communicative professionals.

Additional information specific to this program
Participants will, after receiving a preparation packet for this course, identify the idea or material they wish to work into a proposal for a presentation during the program. They will also complete the brief pre-workshop exploration questions. A workshop manual with material for course users will be provided onsite. Following this program, a materials packet will be distributed, of activities and additional resources that will further reinforce the learning objectives achieved.
