In the current context of complex and rapid change, it is very natural to find ourselves facing a number of fears and other uncomfortable emotions. In such uncertain times it is even more critical than usual for us as leaders to self-manage our emotional state; to feel confident in producing results with resilience in the face of change.
No matter the present state we are in, we all still have goals; big ambitions, desires for new results, to grow and develop ourselves, to nurture our relationships, to inspire and engage others – there is so much we want to accomplish. At the best of times we find ourselves procrastinating about the things that are most important to us, sabotaged by the quiet voice of fear (sometimes it can be so quiet as to pass completely unnoticed).
In this workshop led by TNM Senior Coach and Trainer Isabelle Courtney-Guy, you will be guided through a series of transformational processes and practices which you can take away and continue to use to strengthen your ability to self-manage.
These are designed to support you in:
- Identifying and prioritising your key goals
- Distinguishing the hidden fears that are getting in your way
- Transmuting your fears into an feeling of power, leaving you in action and producing breakthroughs
