Key learning outcomes
Participants will experience and develop thinking and planning on a broader scale than their current experience, put into context with the existing business framework and create implementation actions to involve their people in the 'bigger picture' for their business.
Additional information specific to this program
Participants will be provided with pre-course activities to appreciate the bigger issues and opportunities facing their business, which they will be able to utilize during the program. Post-program, there will be activities they will be able to undertake that will encourage and engage their team in developing opportunities for the future health of their business and organization, within the current demanding business environment.
Materials will be an appropriate room suitable for up to 15 participants, flipcharts, pens, paper, and projector. Informal breakout space for up to 5 groups, depending on participant numbers, would be of value. A post-course booklist will be provided for optional further reading.
