This experiential program explores leadership visioning techniques to provide strategic focus on long-term organizational growth. Utilizing the outcomes of a visioning activity, participants will then formulate a tactical plan for operational delivery.

Key learning outcomes
During the program, participants will experience a very practical visioning process, which they can use in the workplace with their teams. This will enable a valuable focus on long-term team/business/organizational growth, in parallel with meeting and delivering the challenges of today's difficult business environments.
Additional information specific to this program
Participants will be provided with pre-course activities to generate ideas and prepare for the creative visioning activities, which will be of significant use to prepare for the program. There will also be appropriate post-program activities to incorporate their work on the program into their ongoing workplace activities.
An appropriate room suitable for up to 15 participants, flipcharts, pens, paper, projector, brown paper, post-it pads (two per participant). Informal breakout space for up to 5 groups, depending on participant numbers, would be of value. A post-course booklist will be provided for optional further reading.
