Frederik Engelsman, owner of Create2Experience, a consulting company specializing in leadership impact, team performance, and personal growth, loves to talk about people and performance! He is a passionate business leader who combines hands-on experience with deep knowledge of business processes and human behavior. He maintains an impeccable standard of integrity and authenticity, and brings empathy, business acumen and refined coaching skills to his work, coaching and teaching. Sports and physical fitness such as kite surfing are also his passions. He received his B.S. in Economics in the Netherlands and his Master of International Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management (Arizona State University). Frederik has lived in the United States, Poland, Switzerland and currently lives with his family in Huizen, The Netherlands.
