Nina is an executive coach, facilitator and consultant who works with leaders and senior teams to harness their potential to transform their organisations and shape their personal futures. She supports her clients to engage with the dance of change: creating a vision and story, partnering with their people, rehearsing new skills and behaviours, and embedding new routines.
Nina’s people-centred approach to change is complemented by extensive business experience. Most recently she has led organisation transformation programmes aimed at exploiting market opportunities, achieving operational efficiencies and changing culture – combining programme direction with coaching support for key leaders and teams. Previously she held senior commercial roles in international sales, marketing and business development in both the private and public sectors.
