Margaret is a leadership coach, communications expert and identity specialist. She believes that great leaders know how to leverage mind, body, and emotional and spiritual intelligence (IQ, EQ, PQ, SQ), so a holistic approach informs all of her work. In her corporate career, Margaret ran two offices as Managing Director for an international branding conglomerate, and in her last executive role was the regional head of strategic planning across 38 markets.
Her coaching consultancy helps leaders leverage the synergies between strategy, culture and identity for more positive, productive impact.
Margaret is a co-active and business coach certified and trained across multiple diagnostics and methodologies such as Culture Transformation Tools (CTT), Organizational Relationship Systems (ORSC), Team Coaching International (TCI), Self-Managing Leadership (SML), Team Management Systems (TMS), Open Space, Non-Violent Communications and the Leadership Circle. She holds a B.A. and an M.A. from Vassar College.
