Deb has been an executive coach for more than a decade. She partners with senior and C-suite level leaders who are committed to their own evolution as they rise to new challenges. A trusted growth partner who has coached executives from more than 45 countries, Deb works with leaders to be more intentional about what they create in their organizations and in their lives. Deb’s client list includes Fortune 500 companies, professional service firms, and non-profit organizations. She also provides individual leadership coaching and group facilitation for several Harvard Business School Executive Education Programs.
Prior to founding Energy Spring Leadership in 2003, Deb held leadership roles in Corporate HR and Product Marketing at a global financial services firm where she partnered with the Systems and Technology group to set the strategic direction and create a multi-year product roadmap for a segment of the business. Deb was also a Partner at a boutique executive career management firm and managed several profit centers for an international employment firm.
Deb has been published or quoted in multiple publications on issues related to leadership, talent management and workplace trends, and she has facilitated programs in the U.S., the U.K., Ireland, Cyprus and Israel.
