She has extensive experience in the areas of team and leadership effectiveness and cross‐cultural competence, as well as in supporting people in developing consulting competence inside organizations.
Constanze conducts interventions through effective action learning tools supported by use of psychometric instruments, challenging coaching sessions and on-the-job experiences. She develops out-of-box thinking by stimulating coachees to think and work in unconventional ways combined with a dedicated support. Constanze compiles and delivers corporate programs and evaluates/debriefs assessments.
