Rebecca is an accredited coach who is trained in the Co-Active model through the Coaches Training Institute, as well as in the Relational Dynamics 1st model. Having a background in the creative sector, she strongly believes in using creativity as a tool to create growth in both organizations and individuals. With a special focus on career development, creativity and transition, Rebecca brings her background in the arts, entrepreneurship and the non-profit sector to her work. In her coaching, she is particularly driven by bringing forth the potential that lies within each organization and individual in a tailored way unique to each client.
