Michelle Chambers

Michelle is a global coach, leader, and facilitator with over 30 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 companies. She helps senior leaders and teams navigate complexity, lead collectively, strengthen culture, and deliver results that improve organisational performance. Previously, Michelle was responsible for enterprise-wide leadership development across Canada for TELUS Mobility. She currently serves as Director of the Centre of Excellence in Organisation Development and Change at York University and is also a published author and speaker at conferences around the world.
