Booking Terms and Conditions

We are very excited to hear that you are considering taking part in our ‘Soul Consciousness’ Retreat in Tuscany from the 23rd to the 30th October 2022.

We will guide you through the whole booking process and share all the information you need in this document to make everything clear for you. Please find below our Booking Terms and Conditions. Read the information carefully before proceeding with your booking

By submitting your payment and Booking Form to us, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

TNM Coaching LLP may amend the Terms at any time with notice that we deem to be reasonable under the circumstances, by posting the revised version on our website or communicating it to you by email.

Booking Journey

Step 1
Read our policies. We ask that you first read through and accept all our Terms and Conditions set out below and our Privacy Policy. When proceeding with your booking, by sending us your Booking Form and Payment, you are bound to these Terms and you indicate your continued acceptance of these Terms.

Step 2
Complete and submit this Booking Form.

Step 3
Proceed with your Payment (payment details under Payment Terms section below). Please send confirmation of any payments made to us at: [email protected]

Step 4
Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of this Booking Form along with the deposit payment. We will write to you within 48 hours to confirm your Booking. We will include a detailed Handbook with all additional information you may need to prepare for the retreat. We really hope you enjoy your transformational experience with us!

Terms & Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking on TNM Coaching’s ‘Soul Consciousness’ Retreat in Ibiza from the 21st to the 27th May 2022.
These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between TNM Coaching LLP, 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR, UK, and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement.
There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein.
The contract and booking is made with, and services will be provided by TNM Coaching LLP.
By booking a retreat with TNM Coaching LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.
All persons* wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with TNM Coaching,, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when TNM Coaching retreat team sends a confirmation email, and when you have completed the deposit payment.
Confirmation of your participation does not necessarily mean that your retreat is confirmed to run. TNM Coaching asks that you refrain from purchasing non-refundable travel until you receive an email confirmation from our Retreat’s team staff.

*Please note that TNM Coaching only offers retreats and related activities to those 18 years of age and over.

Pricing

Retreat prices shown below are per person and are quoted and payable in EUR and are subject to payment fees:

Early Birds: bookings made before 31 May 2022 will get €1000 Off:
Shared Occupancy: €2750.00 per person (based on 2 people sharing a room)
Single Occupancy: €3750.00 per person

All other Bookings made from 1 June 2022:
Shared Occupancy: €3750.00 per person (based on 2 people sharing a room)
Single Occupancy: €4750.00 per person

What’s included in the cost of your retreat experience?

6 nights of accommodation with full board at Transmission School in Tuscany
All food and drinks will be provided and are included in the price during your stay
All practices, workshops and experiences as shown on the Soul Consciousness retreat website
Use of the Villa facilities including pool and large terrace

Pricing Terms

TNM Coaching is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your credit card/bank for processing funds in another currency.
TNM Coaching reserves the right to alter the prices of any of the retreats shown on our website. You will be advised of the current price of the retreat you wish to book before your contract is confirmed. The total price you paid for your retreat experience will not be affected by any price changes after your contract is confirmed.
Unless stated otherwise, the price of your retreat experience includes each and all of the component parts described within your booking confirmation invoice.
Not included in the price of retreat experience are flights, transport, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, and any food or drink or additional excursions or activities which are not confirmed as being part of your retreat arrangements. Additionally, any items or services purchased during a retreat are not included in the cost of your travel arrangement unless specifically stated.

Medical Conditions & Special Requirements

Before proceeding with the booking, The Client must inform TNM Coaching of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect fitness to attend the retreat, including medications you are currently taking. Failure to notify us may result in the Client being refused certain activities during the retreat at the Client’s own expense.

Some retreats may be unsuitable for Clients due to age, mobility, disability, pregnancy or physical or mental conditions, please email if you have concerns.

TNM Coaching will do its best to meet special requests including dietary or physical limitations but such requests may not always be possible depending on the retreat, in which case TNM Coaching reserves the right to refuse Clients with certain conditions.

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to arrange all travel insurance to include medical insurance. Medical facilities vary from country to country and while TNM Coaching will do its absolute best to bring you to a proper medical facility as needed, TNM Coaching makes no representations and gives no warranties in relation to the standard of such treatment.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all our guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover themselves against all unforeseen eventualities not covered by our terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment Options

Option 1. Deposit
TNM Coaching requires the payment of a deposit to secure your booking:

The standard payment terms for our Retreat Clients are 50% deposit paid via Bank Transfer to secure the booking, with 50% balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival at the retreat venue.
Please note: the payment of the FINAL balance of the retreat price is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date in the currency advertised.

Option 2. Full Payment
You can also make a full payment.

Final Payments

For all retreats, the payment of the FINAL balance of the retreat price is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date in the currency advertised.

If a booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date, full payment will be required at your initial sign up to reserve your place on the retreat.
If the final balance is not received by the due date TNM Coaching LLP reserves the right to treat the Client’s booking as canceled. Any refunds will be made according to the Terms described above.

Should a booking only be requested in writing/verbally without payment of a Deposit the booking will be deemed NOT SECURE until Deposit monies are received.
Following receipt of your deposit and the signed and completed Booking Form, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your secured place on the ‘Soul Consciousness’ Retreat Ibiza!
If you choose to pay a deposit, please note that we request the FINAL balance of the retreat price to be due 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date in the currency advertised.

One of our retreat facilitators will be in touch approximately 1 month prior to your arrival to arrange your inbound transfer and a 1-2-1 call.

Cancellation Policy Terms And Conditions

If you need to cancel your retreat with TNM Coaching
The effective date of cancellation is the date on which we receive the email notification from you. Any cancellation by you must be communicated to us immediately by email: [email protected]

If you cancel your booking outside of 12 weeks prior to the start date of your booked retreat, TNM Coaching will keep 50% of any deposit paid. All other monies will be returned.
If you cancel your booking within 12 weeks of the start date of your booked retreat, TNM Coaching will keep the full deposit. All other monies will be returned.
If you cancel your booking within 8 weeks of the start date of your booked retreat, you will forfeit your full deposit and any other monies paid.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
We recommend only purchasing flights with transferrable dates/cancellation options. There are now options for this with most airlines.
Please take out full travel insurance once you have made your reservation, including cancellation of flights due to international travel restrictions. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

If we need to cancel your retreat with TNM Coaching
While every effort will be made to run the retreat as planned, TNM Coaching reserves the right to cancel the retreat at their discretion. Many of the retreats offered through TNM Coaching are open enrolment and subject to minimum participant numbers. Under the rare circumstances that we have to cancel, you will be notified by email and offered either;

A place on an alternative retreat that we feel would be of interest to you. Any monies already paid will be used towards the reservation on the alternative retreat. If there is a difference in price for a place on the alternative retreat from that already paid, this difference will either be refunded by TNM Coaching to the Client if the monies already paid are greater than the price of a place on the alternative retreat, or if the cost of the place on the alternative retreat is higher than the cost of the original retreat, any monies already paid can be used towards the cost of the alternative retreat and the difference will need to be paid to TNM Coaching to reserve your place on the alternative retreat.
A full refund

The Client will be under no obligation to accept the alternative retreat place offered and can opt to take the full refund instead. TNM Coaching will not be liable for any compensation for expenses the Client may incur as a result of the cancelled or rescheduled event.

Covid-19 Policy

In these unprecedented times where COVID-19 restrictions have affected travel in the past, we understand you may have concerns regarding your booking with us. We have added the following clauses to our Cancellation Policy to reassure you:

If we cannot move forward with the retreat as a result of Covid-19restrictions and we have to cancel your booking, you will get a full refund.
If there is a travel ban from your country of origin to the retreat destination and you cancel your booking for this reason, you will get a full refund minus the deposit which can be moved to a retreat of your choice in the future.

Waiver Of Booking Conditions

These Booking Terms and Conditions may only be waived or amended by written mutual consent. When a Client completes and submits the booking form and makes the payment for booking their place for a retreat, they agree to accept all these conditions, and when the booking is accepted, TNM Coaching agrees to carry out the obligations as defined therein.
