This three day program explores both the core leadership skills and mindset of an effective first line manager.
Using the most recent research into coaching methods, this program will introduce essential leadership skills to provide the tool for effective leadership performance management and collaboration.
Through case studies and experiential sessions participants will identify their strengths to discover new and unique ways of leadership.

A room which can comfortably accommodate up to 12 participants, several flipcharts, markers, a projection device, and space for break-out sessions.
